Customer Oriented Management is our Companies main working principle. In this respect quality activities are inevitable for us. ATM has been certified with ISO:9001:2008 by NQA Global Quality Assurance since 2002.

 

We have a robost Quality System utilising the

  •        Incoming control,
  •        Production control,
  •        Calibration, Identification, Tracebility, Tests, Documentation,
  •        Productive Quality Planning.

 

Parts Qualification;

  •       Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) files
  •       Dimensional results, including cpk
  •       Material Certification, including test results, RoHS, 
  •       Test and Product and Process FMEAs, Process Control Plans,
  •       production data

 

 

ATM, uses 5S, Kaizen, PokaYokei TPM... techniques to keep the quality Assurance at the satisfactory level and to reach a high productivity at all level.
